Welcome to College of Southern Nevada’s virtual booth! We take your potential very seriously and go to great lengths to provide you with everything you need to succeed in the future. As the largest and most ethnically diverse college in Nevada, we’ve made it a priority to provide an affordable, collaborative and welcoming environment that allows all students to shine. CSN is a fully accredited institution offering hundreds of degrees and certificates in 70 academic programs—with 26 degrees and certificates available entirely online. We’re also extremely accessible with three main campuses in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson, as well as multiple sites and centers throughout Southern Nevada.

At CSN, we accept all students who submit a completed application for admission. This allows you the opportunity to enroll in any of our degree or certificate granting programs. There are no writing samples, required letters of recommendation, or test score standards to be admitted at the College of Southern Nevada. Tuition

Academics & Athletics

Majors: With six schools, two divisions, 20 departments, 70 programs and over 200 degrees & certificates, your choices might seem overwhelming at first. However, at CSN we categorize all of our academic degree programs into 11 areas of study to make it easier for students to navigate their future career options. Athletics: The College of Southern Nevada Coyotes compete in the Scenic West Athletic Conference of the NJCAA’s Division I. The school currently has seven athletic programs—men’s baseball, men’s basketball, men’s soccer, women’s basketball, women’s softball, women’s volleyball, and women’s soccer. Clubs and Organizations: The Department of Student Life and Leadership Development consists of staff members that serves as advisors, mentors and facilitators to student leaders and members of more than 30 clubs and organizations.

 

Phi Theta Kappa: Phi Theta Kappa is the largest honor society in American Higher Education and promotes scholarships, leadership, service and fellowship among its members and the community.

 

Student Government: Or ASCSN, is the “student voice” to CSN administration, representing students on campus policies and issues. You can get involved by either assisting the ASCSN or by holding an office. No matter what your involvement level, this is your chance to stay informed.

Campus Housing

The College of Southern Nevada does not provide on campus housing at any of our main campuses throughout the Las Vegas Valley. All main campuses do have apartments in close proximity and there are many off campus student oriented housing options as well. Las Vegas is one of the most affordable major cities in the Western United States which can help ease the burden of potentially relocating to the city to attend CSN.
